Love is PAIN

by natalie   Apr 13, 2006

In a corner i clutch my pillow.
Tears dying to spill from my eyes
but i refuse to cry.
Trying to piece it all together
in my mind
but hearing my heart tremble inside.

I nearly let out a scream
but fear fastens my lips,
Does he know i don't easily forgive?
With this problem I'm finding
it hard to love him.

The pain i swallow, showing no pride.
Filling my eyes with familiar cries.
Pain and grief reflecting in my eyes
For tonight i will let out the biggest sigh.

Silent screams and silent cries
echo my room tonight.
Hugs and kisses on my bed
VANISH!
Turning into ashes.

The feeling so painful
Knowing your gone.
My heart so dead
its forgotten your gone.
My soul so empty
it no longer feels friendly.
And me so distraught,
your lies i brought.
