Words are all I have.
To express my feelings for you.
The three little words that mean so much
Three little words to make my world complete

In my heart I say these words everyday
I repeat them to myself when I see you
I want to tell you these words
But they refuse to come

I’m afraid of these words
They could bring us together
Or tear us apart
But I yearn to say them everyday

Sometimes I despair
For these three words may not be enough
Enough to describe to you
The way I feel inside

For inside my heart I feel something
Something I feel for no other
A feeling that has brought me joy
A joy I have never known

So it is now that I sit thinking of you
Thinking of a way
A way to tell you how I feel
A way to express myself

So how do I tell you my feelings?
For what seems like forever
I have thought of a way
A way to express them to you

But the answer does not come
For these feelings are new to me
I know not how to express them
How to convey them to you

So I end this now the only way
I know of to tell you my feelings
Using those three little words
