Thoughts of a teenage Girl

by Kelly   Apr 13, 2006

Sitting here with nothing to do,
Thoughts wander to various things,
Suicide and Death, nothing out of the ordinary,
I wonder what it feels like?
To take your own life,
To free yourself from all bad things happening to you.
I am too chicken to kill myself,
Afraid of the repercussions,
Of what people would think.
"Remember Kelly?"
"Yes, she was such a nobody."
That is what classmates would say now and forevermore.
So called "friends" would mourn awhile,
Then forget all about me,
Maybe I would get a yearbook page,
Like that eases anyone's suffering.
"Now class, open your books to page 16",
With that,I come out of my trance.
After all, those were just the thoughts of a teenage girl.
