The Death Of Me

by Illusion   Apr 14, 2006

Tears slide down my cheeks
My insides have been ripped apart
Stunned I huddle in the corner
All I have left is my broken heart
Stealthily I make it to the bathroom
And start running the water
This will all be blamed on you
Eyes will look upon you with hatred, because of my merciless slaughter
I slip into the bathtub
Letting the water slowly cover my head
I start fantasizing of what life will be like
After I am dead
Eyes open, I watch the world above
So distant and far away
Thoughts of all the time you said you loved me
Slowly begin to decay
You are nothing anymore
Not even the thoughts of a dying girl rest upon you
I'll never love you the way I did before
I'm suffocating, and it's all because of you
I suffered
But you never heard a sound
What will you do
Now that I'm buried six feet under ground?
Regret will bring you tears at night
You'll feel horrible for never saying sorry
Then finally you'll realize
You were the death of me

Oh wow, That was powerfull. Really good though. You got into it really deep, I love poems like this. Spesh how you had it made to make this person feel as guilty as possible. Cause no one says they are sorry untill it's too late eh? Well it was really good! Keep it up 5/5

    luv natalie x-x
