Your words are killing me

The blood drips from my skin,
falling off the sharp daggers that you speak,
drops majestically to the floor,
it shatters as it hits the ground.

your face hidden behind your dark hair,
i try to move it out of your face,
but you puncture my heart with your words,
i fall to the ground,
watching you as you walk,
free,
showing no remorse you look back at me,
you mouth the words, goodbye,
as you fade into the background.
