Scratch card

by Subash   Apr 16, 2006

Life is the scratch card
already fixed and covered
It's the secret only known to god.
can't be revealed
not that any one won't
But he can't.

Some full of treasure of joy
Some have fate of just tear and toil.
no struggle make it
No devil can ruin it.

Who taste the sweetness
who gulps the vinegar
fixed by the birth.

you scratched the light
I got one full of dark night
Noone can lighten it
nothing can brighten it.

Thousand times I trusted
Thousand and once i get betrayed.
It's my luck to be .
It seems my fate to face the terror.

How hard i tried,
How much i cried,
I made honesty and love my pride.
But abominated and
Got nothing but kicks and heartache as prize.

My heart is full of cracks
Don't know how long this lasts
I guess nothing can fill it
No medicene can heal it
I feel alone in the mid of desert
waiting for a vulture
to grasp this lifeless sculpture.
I even don't protest
Not that I didn't tried,
Not that I don't want
but I can't.
