Grandfather

He was the greatest person in the world,
He left us all without a word.
I didnt get to say goodbye,
Now hes with the angels in the sky.

He was the glue that kept my family together,
We will love him now and forever.
Even if I barely saw him I loved him so,
I guess god thought it was his time to go.

April 22 was the day he died,
That fateful day I had cried.
When I last saw him he had a peaceful look upon his face,
I want him to know no one will ever take his place.
