Myself

by Gaylon Joseph   Apr 20, 2006

Is it the roots of my hair
Color of my skin
The way I wear my clothes
That's why U say I don't fit in
Don't get me wrong
I'm just being myself
I'm not about 2 follow in someone's footsteps
I rather be bold and go on my own way and make my own rep
While everyone is playing follow the leader
Why do that?
When I can have my own set
And if I fail I won't regret it
But at least I tried it
Then I'll pick myself backup and try again
