Fire

by Anna White   Apr 20, 2006

The cracks appear in the scenes of normality
Revealing the darker truth
The daemons spread fuelled by the drink
Flames of the plain burn through

Controlled by the roaring fire inside
Always avoiding the cracks
Like an ancient painting, burning and breaking
But still remaining intact.

Fighting the fire
Fighting the flames
Fighting for fighting’s sake.

Destroyed by devils
Devoured by pain
Drowned by the daemons of drink

As the flames burns strong the painting cracks
There’s no thoughts left to think
The flame burns on, it never stops
Until the fire burns the ink.

I love the imagery...I'm crazy over nature stuff

Again with the messed up characters...-_- oh well easy to correct

And how could it possibly detract from this
