Another Old Girlfriend

by Valerie   Apr 21, 2006

She slowly wiped a single tear from her eye,
And whispered to herself, "I just want to die."
She gave him her heart and everything she had,
But he didn't care; he just let things go bad.
Now he's quit calling, and they barely speak.
She's lost herself and her hearts growing weak.
He meant the world to her and everyone knew it.
She still thinks about him, every hour and minute.
Not that any of this matters to him anymore,
She's just another old girlfriend for him to ignore.
