Looking for you...

by Danielle   Apr 22, 2006

Calling out,
searching for you.
Running faster and faster,
until I fall to my knees.
Clouds form,
and the rain pours.
Still I sit there,
all alone looking for you.
The lighting comes,
lighting up my face.
Tears steaming down,
unnoticed, as if they never came.
Now I see you,
and I run faster and faster,
but you get farther and farther.
I fall, my body hits the earth,
now I see that you'll never be mine.
But I'm falling harder then ever,
and I'm falling for you.

Time has brought us closer,
now its up to faith,
to guide us down the,
right path.

Faith has brought us together,
now your mine.
Now I know I had you,
I had you all along.
I know that you wanted me,
the entire time me I wanted you.

The search is over,
and the story is written.
I'm done looking,
because I've found you...

Yes, put more imagery in it because there's absolutely nothing in there that would bring an image to my mind.. nope not at all. xD
haha. Mrs. McDonald is a loser that poem is full of imagery. Loved it.

    Danielle,
    This is a strong poem...
can you put any thing specific in it
like imagery to help us make a
mental picture in our minds as we read it?
