Turn Over The Covers

by CuddleMeKacy   Apr 23, 2006

Turn over the covers.
There, you will see me lying.
I may be asleep
Or I may be crying.

You never know
Until you try.
Turn over the covers,
There I will lie.

Turn over the covers
There, you will see me giggling.
I may be happy,
And I may be wiggling.

You can touch me,
But please do not tease.
If you pull down them covers,
Make me quiver down to my knees.

Turn over the covers
There, you will see me sleep.
I may be dreaming
Or counting some sheep.

You can hold me
If I shake,
But please be gentle
For I may break.

Turn over the covers
To see how I am getting by.
Because I have been in this bed for weeks
And you have never even wondered why.
