A boy and his guitar

by BittersweetDecay   Apr 28, 2006

He sits alone in an empty room...embracing his guitar
A blond guy...with icy eyes but impregnated with scars
Focusing at her memory..hoping that her silhouette will appear
For a second he fools himself...but no her...he hides his tiny tear

He hits the strings hardly...covering all around him
Hoping his song will touch even his hurting skin
That wants her each and every cell...then whisper to her ear
"My feelings are so true baby...near me have no fear"

But she is away...trying to chase away his thoughts
That run after her fading, falling tears..as she fought
With the painful feeling of insecurity
Desiring in every moment his emotion's purity

While he sinks into his own self...falling..
She stares senseless at everybody...drowning...
Their love can catch each falling star
And gently stop their never-ending distance war

No matter where or what, they are only one being
Taking over one on the other...that is so thrilling...
Suddenly she appears...he and his guitar are speechless
His wounds close...but will he ever be perfectly painless?...
