Sometimes i feel
so lost, so unaware
i just sit and stare
at nothing, nothing at all

i feel as though my body
is not my own
all alone in this unknown world
so big around me so tiny

but then as i sit i remember
the one person i love
she is sweet and as soft as a dove
with her gentle words of hope

then i realize she is the only one
who can pull me back to reality
and make my life worth while
