My Angel

I smile at you my angel,
the angel from my dream,
your the one that holds me,
whilst i cry and scream,
your the angel from my nightmare,
you come when things get tough,
you surround and protect me,
when i have had enough,
you wipe away my tears,
and hug me till im calm,
when i wake up,
i feel your hand in my palm,
you know all my insercureties,
my worries and my fears,
you tell me how life works,
always there to hear,
i tell you things that no-one knows,
im not afraid to cry,
because when im with you,
i dont need to lie,
you can read my mind,
tell me what you think,
show me you care,
by helping me not sink,
i tell you it doesnt matter,
because im over it all now,
but you break my heart,
and make me cry,
and to you,
i dont want to lie,
but to admit that it still hurts,
would break me up inside,
i would cry so much,
i would run and hide,
i smile at you my angel,

i know you will always be there,
to protect and hold me whilst i cry and scream
