Once I though, Now I know

I thought and I believed,
That I was once in love,
I thought that I met,
An angel up above.

But now I know that I was wrong,
I didn't think or guess,
I didn't ask,
But much more and no less.

I now know the truth,
And the truth must be told,
I want to be with you forever,
When we're young until we're old.

When this world dies,
And no one here is left,
I still want to be with you,
Until my very death.

Now here is the point,
The truth must now be told,
The truth is that I love you,
And I will until we're old.
