What Happens

by Lizzie   May 4, 2006

I hear the clock ticking,
I feel my heart racing.
The passion died through your romantic lies.
Broken hope is in the air,
Tongue twisted and heart broken.
Laying here with shattered emotions and hateful rage.
The wounds I have left will
burn forever.
Remember my face,
Remember the pain.
The abyss of your mirror,
Will sliver the truth.
The love you once had,
Breaks into millions.
The bell inside tolls and
keeps you aware.
