Geyhenna: That Which Cannot Exist

by Lecadia   May 6, 2006

Geyhenna, Geyhenna
The oddest of souls
With limpid brown eyes
And long locks of gold
Ever so bold
And cheerful she\'ll be
Never waiting a minute
To whatever she sees
Self-centered with glee
And doesn\'t care why
No one else matters
Because they\'re all lies

Geyhenna, Geyhenna
Oh, what a saint
Always optimistic
Never so faint
Their lives she\'ll taint
To always be glad
Because if she\'s around
There\'s no point to be sad
Yet her mother stays mad
From her narcissistic ways
But now, Geyhenna:
This is how she stays

Geyhenna, Geyhenna
Like a nightmarish dream
Nothing for something
She\'s not as she seems
Always so mean
She cares for only herself
No one else matters
Matters: no one else
Except those on her shelf
Characters of her own
That live only stories
Her written stories or poem

Geyhenna, Geyhenna
Locked now in your room
You resisted your mother
And had done it too soon
Shackled now in your room
With no hope from above
But still always cheerful
Only because...
Geyhenna, Geyhenna
Why must you persist
To be the only part of me
That refuses to exist?
