Abuse Turns Underneath the Willow

by ~*~*Jenna Leigh*~*~   May 6, 2006

Taking his fist
he takes the first blow right into her face.
she screams for help
but every scream and shout isn't anywhere to be heard.
his breath the smell of liquor
his eyes full of rage
her final dream is a grave.
he pushes her down and throws her around
not caring at all what he's doing.
her face is all covered in blood
now she's taking her last breath,
she leans in over the kitchen counter, and takes that knife to her heart.
he stands there watching his love of his life take her very own.
finally understanding what had happened,
he leaves to go and drink away pain.
with blood on his shirt and tears in his eyes,
he goes back to see his wife.
she's still laying there but now surely dead
so he takes that gun and does the same.
weeks go by
both are gone
and laying underneath the willow.
