Family Reunion

by Knoxy   May 6, 2006

We all gather together,
And talk about the stuff we do and the way we live,
Even through all of the mistakes we've ever made,
We're family and we always forgive...

We grew up together and we always knew everything,
But now times have had a change,
They knew who we were back then...but they don't really know anymore..
This seemed impossible when i was younger...isn't that strange?

Somehow the most valuable things stay with you forever,
They may be your role models when you were younger and probably even to this day,
Even though the people change,
You keep that image in your mind, and there it will always stay.

You look around and all you can think of is the memories,
From the craziness to the sad times,
Nobody else shares the same memories as you and your family,
And I wouldn't change the memories even for a whole 'nother lifetime.
