One night

I was sitting by the window

I was dreaming of you

But that one night

Turned into a life time through

I sit by a window

Every night

I dream of you

I wish I could be with you

And Every night goes by

With my wishes in the air

None of them granted

Every night I just sit there and stare

Stare at the stars

Trying to choose the right one

The one that will make my wishes come true

The one that will let me see you

I just hope and pray

That the right star was chosen today

But I guess it hasn’t been yet

So I will continue to hope and pray
