A story of a broken heart

by ali   May 7, 2006

I never got rid of your face
it kept slipping in through empty space
it felt like love and all that such
but now i started to hate your guts
seeing u brought back the past
first date first kiss memories that last
u said i love u u said goodbye
with not even a tear or a simple sigh
now I'm putting the pieces back
trying to forget what i lack
things r harder when your alone
it all over he left me with a dial tone
pressure your lungs collapse
pulse is slow but my heart is fast
the darkest shades my empty heart
thinking of memories from end to start
push the memories in the far corner
with the image of his new her
hurt and resentful
the time when our love was meaningful
my voice is on mute speechless and silence
but inside screaming with violence
in his eyes u see the truth
one love in your ever changing youth
now I'm left with nothing but a smile and even thats pretend
this is how the story goes it over its done its the end
