Had an assignment for school where i had to write a poem that explained something that i didn't understand how it worked. well i chose a pencil sharpener. and this is how it turned out
--~--~--~--~--~--~--~--~--~--~--~

A pencil sharpener,
How does it work?
Well, let me tell you now.
Deep inside,
Is a little, tiny beaver
Such sharp teeth it has.
As you know,
Beavers scrape
Their teeth on wood
Well, this one is no different.
There has to be
A reason why
Pencils are made of wood.
The beaver sets his teeth
Tight around the pencil,
He takes his little hands
And quickly turns
It in lots of little circles
He scrapes and scrapes
â??Till h tastes the lead
And then
He quickly
Releases the pencil
And then he,
Simply falls asleep
