It\'s in the red dye

by Just Another Romantic   May 8, 2006

She washes out the red dye
that was in her hair
that lasted so long
but as she washes the blood colour down the drain
it seems that the skies never rain
i guess it\'s hard for her
but i\'m not going to complain
i can\'t explain
but i tell you that it\'s so hard for her love

i came around to see if she was alright
but i guess her ligths faded
and she went beyond
she went too far
she tried to find herself out there
dear sweet girl of mine
i\'m so sorry that you hard to go that way
but i\'m proud of you
i guess you were more lonely than me

but now i know that i try to promise you
that i maybe able to change
the house is all quiet now
and the most creative way of what you did to your life
took a shower of bleach
your heart and love so hard to reach
when the police realise that the red dye you washed out
was not from your hair
but from your throat
i wouldn\'t even dare to think
what you were thinking

dear sweet gril of mine
i\'m so sorry
but i think now that you are fine
and i know you\'ll be watching me
from the stars
don\'t go too far
