Your heart in your hands

by Gothic Princess   May 9, 2006

Your heart lies beating in your tender hands, bloody, full of life

Weary and hurt are in your eyes
So haunting
Tears fall to damp earth
Rain clouds above you
Drench you in all your pain

A hole in your heartâ?¦
Misery, depression, and thoughts of suicide ate away at you till there was nothing left

Your heart in your hands
Blood spills from crimson wounds
Upon your wrists, eyes hold not sadness and desperation, but ecstasy and excitement , for the end is near

Your heart lies beating in your tender hands, bloody, full of life

Weary and hurt are in your eyes
So haunting
Tears fall to damp earth
Rain clouds above you
Drench you in all your pain

A hole in your heartâ?¦
Misery, depression, and thoughts of suicide ate away at you till there was nothing left

Your heart in your hands
Blood spills from crimson wounds
Upon your wrists, eyes hold not sadness and desperation, but ecstasy and excitement , for the end is near

Eyes so full of light, once only held darkness, now alight with knowing

Too many years of abuse and fear, neglect and loss only lead you to nights of exploration in pain and pleasure

No one to care or worry
School is hell, looks, stare, and whispers

You longed for someone to care, and one day we stumbled upon one another, both of us lost

Both cutters, seeking a way out
Out of a life so hated and miserable
Seeking escape
In razorblade kisses and suicide letters

Both of us had our hearts on our hands
We bled from the same wounds
Cried the same tears
Felt the same pain
Hate and worthlessness inside and out

For you I wouldâ??ve spent my nights and days inside of you if I could only be with you

Whatâ??s left of us? You ask me
I donâ??t know really, but there is no denying what you do to meâ?¦
