I stare watching the rain drops against my window
I wonder if i ran away, where will I go?
somewhere I know is safe
somewhere, anywhere but here
It would have to be in the arms of the one I love
for he is the only one who knows what my life is made for
he would protect me and hold me tight
while we sleep side by side through the night
A place I know I'm not alone
and that place is where I belong
because I left my broken heart there
and it knows I'm not happy here
and I lay in my bed
I think of everything good that lies ahead
so I pray and make my blessful wish
I think of all the things in life I'm going to accomplish
