We all need to love
We all need to hate
this arguable sanitarium
I will not debate

We need to remember
We need to forget
The loving memories
of a despondent sennet

If you loved me so
then how did this come to be?
pathetic with anger
tearfull with glee

sometimes I wish
I had never met you
sometimes I wish
you'd always stay true

but there is one thing
that I still don't get
If I don't want to remember
Why can't I forget?

If I want to forget
then why do I still write?
