Heavens Gates

She sits all alone
wondering why he had to go
she stares out the window waiting to see him walking down the road
but she knows in her heart
that she wont see him any time soon
so she begins to count down
the days until they meet again
she even tries to make the time go by faster
she begins to hurt herself
he came to her in a dream
and told her he was fine and he didn't want to see her in so much pain
he told her that it was not her time to go and she should fulfill all of her dreams
he would be watching over her every single day
she awoke from her dream
and saw him standing near her door
he slowly turned to walk away
and walked right up to heavens gates
