That thing that will not die

by Tiller   May 16, 2006

Insects, birds, and trees,
Even girls and guys,
It has always been said,
That everything dies.

Every single thing,
From grass to electricity,
Anything small or big,
Even you and me.

But I can name it,
That thing that will not die,
Now listen carefully,
Cause this is not a lie.

It's a precious type thing,
One from up above,
It's just a little feeling,
A feeling called love.

Not just any love,
But the love from me to you,
Now you know I love you,
But do you love me too?
