Forever Gone

Faded eyes,
Shattered heart.
All the lies,
have torn her apart.

Broken Promises,
forgotten hope.
How hard was,
for her to cope.

A lost cause,
a lost soul.
All the hurt has,
taken its toll.

Thunder swirls,
as lightning flashes.
She's disappearing,
falling to ashes.

And as she continues,
to slumber on,
she is forever lost,
forever gone.
