This girl

She sits there in her bed
thinking bout her and him
they were so close she doesn't get it
what the hell happened?

she doesn't understand why their love
is roughly tarnishing away
but she's blinded half in denial
she doesn't know what to say

she goes about her day with him
as if nothing was ever wrong
but little does she know friends notice
how easily they don't get along

they hear him talk behind her back
hes going to break up with her
she cant get it out of her mind
their not as close as they once were

she can sense a loss of love
all thought truly it wasn't even there
she's left in a relationship she doesn't want
and these feelings of despair

but even though feelings are fading
she still wants him to know:
no matter whatever happened
it'd be impossible to *completely* let go

and then it hits her!!!

she doesn't not love him
its the relationship that they share
the relationship she hates
but for him she really cares!

but it was to late before she realized,
he called and broke her heart
they year 1/2 they'd been together
in one call, had been ripped apart

she wouldn't listen to her friends
saying he treats her bad
but you could see the fear in her eyes
whenever she made him mad

well now he's hitting on her best friends
after just one little day
and they're all just going along with it
she's left with nothing to say

she feels shes lost all her importance
shes still in love and her friends are pissed
her old regular life with everyone
is truly, deeply missed

she wants to please everyone
and its making her life hell
the moment her and this boy broke up
our friend group broke and fell

a lot of bad things were said
between each and every friend
and as everyone was fading
well all though that was the end

well, in the end of this sad story
everyone sewed back together
and this girl decided this:
"get back with him, oh no never!!!"

so everyones all happy now
and this girls found a new "like"
its kind of like crashing and burning
and getting right back up on the bike

I'm excited to see her happy
no more depressing tears
this new boy brings out her best
and helps chase away her fears

I love this girl to death
and I'll be with her till the end
because shes always been there for me
and she's one of my best friends
