Untitled 10

by Frank Tolbert   May 21, 2006

It's raining outside
the raindrops I see
reminds me of the tears I cry
and the pain I feel,
waiting for you to notice me.
The ring I see when I look down
May symbolize you being taken
Later on down the road
He'll mess up, the ring will be gone
You'll be mine
It will be my ring on your finger
Hanging around your neck,
Whatever the case maybe
You'll then recognize
How important you are to me
Always have been
Always will be
'Til the day comes
I will love you
Not hate you
When you need that
somebody to talk to
shoulder to cry on
place to stay when you fight
I'll be there for you
I love you....

    Great Job Frank!
It's very beautiful. I know this feeling as well, and I'm glad that you also wrote about it. You express yourself very well and it does have a great flow. Keep it up!
