Plastic or Pal?

by Sarah   May 21, 2006

What happened to \'good old pal\'?
What happened to \'for you I shall\'?
I held you close and made you well;
and now this to you I tell:

Keep your real friends closse at heart;
It would be on your part both wise and smart.
Forever stay the one who is humble,
and downward you will not stumble.
but fail this and you will see,
that popular friends mean nothing to me.

So promise me, your dear friend,
that all you broke, you will soon mend.
This is your chance to seem as harmless as a flower,
It is in your control, within your power.

Remember the times we had such fun;
Those times, my friend, like a race that had yet to begun.
The intenstiry picked up the pace,
as we waited to see who\'d come in first place.

Let us reminisce;
Let us relice the bliss.
It\'s up to you;
Please, I beg you, think it through.
