Shattered

by Andy   May 22, 2006

I try too keep looking ahead.
But i know how this will end.
Everything is fine I\'ll just have to pretend.

All your lies cross my eyes.
Broken promises lay on the ground
like shatted glass your a ghost of my past.

The pens in hand but this ink won\'t slip.
It stains my heart black and this reality is hard grip.
Feels like I\'m riding this sinking ship.
No ones a board I\'m lone in this mist that covers my eyes.
Theres no pride left for me here this is the end of my story.
I still worry theres more to write.

All your lies cross my eyes.
Broken promises lay on the ground
like shatted glass your a ghost of my past.

The clock strikes 12 and I\'m lost deep in sleep.
Look up to the distance stars.
They will tell you the glory of my scars.
Anger turns to sorrow like day fades to night.
I will hold on to this knife just has tight.
This song is what i will write in bright blood.
My cold tears break the dark silence in my mind.
I Feel like shatted glass I\'m a ghost of my past.

All your lies cross my eyes.
Broken promises lay on the ground
like shatted glass your a ghost of my past.

All your lies cross my eyes.
Broken promises lay on the ground
like shatted glass your a ghost of my past.

(I broke my faith like glass.
I wish no one here in my place.
Now I\'m left in pieces of shatted glass)
