You see their beauty

by Alissa   May 23, 2006

You see their beauty through the screen,
knowing that's what you'll never be.
But you keep wishing upon that star,
to change almost everything that you are.

The adventures they had or seem to own,
are far more better than ones you've known.

They may have more or that's what it seems,
they are far luckier than you in your dreams.

You're always day-dreaming on something new,
Wondering a life if that were you,

But can't you see those others are same,
they want to be you playing that game.

Watching TV as well as you are,
wishing upon that exact same star.

To them you are what they want to be,
a famous star on that movie screen.
