And I wrote a little poem about how the sky was your hell
I sang a sad song about the clouds moving by
About the formations in the sky
and in my little tune
a sparrow slowly flew
God what are you?
I wrote a little poem about the trees in the breeze
And I wrote a little poem about them falling in the leaves
And i sang a little tune
About a girl who'd die soon
And in that sad song
My black sparrow slowly flew
God i have a question that needs some dear pondering
that needs sincere thought
"My sparrow come close and do some lips reading"
My god, Lean in too?...
"Dear Lord? who are you?"
