Dead Watch

I lay in the coffin
My vision has faded away
I now know that I have conquered my nightmare
My mother watched as they bury me in
I figure this time I've cut too deep
My friend was left in doubt
I now realize that I'm gone
My family watched me disappear in the ground.
I am now only of the memories left behind.
