The Wedding

by Leah   May 26, 2006

She will be forever
lost within his eyes
the girl that haunts
his fairest dreams
he'll kiss her graceful cries.

He'll bathe her in his beauty
she'll tease him with her love
and though she's such an angel
she's not from up above.

Seal me in my paper tears
kiss the glitter running
down my face
this is her big wedding day
her beauty so crisp you can taste.

Look at her glass slippers
perserve her ever longing smile
remind her that she loves him
so shes not living in denial.

The wedding will be make believe
except it will come true
for her father is a leader
she'll expect to see this in you.

And she'll tell him
that she loves him
she'll walk fearful down the isle
don't be concerned
about those mysterious tears
they'll only last awhile.
