See these eyes before you?
They are blank and dead
The world has been so cruel
That these once bright pools have bled

They've bled the tears of sorrow
They've bled tears of shame
There is not hope for their tomorrow
It will only cause more pain

See these arms before you?
They are scarred and ripped apart
Everything I go through
Is another line up their chart

They feel the ache
They suffer the strain
So when I start to break
The affliction will keep me sane

See this body before you?
It lost its burning flame
What on earth did I do?
To deserve this unending shame

My body feels the tears
That attack me every day
