The Liar That Your Are

by Samantha Parsons   Jun 1, 2006

I tried my best not to cry.
But it's hard when all you did was lie.

The more I try to be mad at you,
The more it just turns me blue.

You always hinted about you and me.
Always commented on how you two would no longer be.

The next day she was full of tears.
I thought it was time for our friendship to change gears.

But when I asked you about your relationship,
You said it was fine and all we shared was a friendship.

After that, I was the one to whom you were mad.
I guess I was wrong, when I thought you made me glad.

Then come to find out,
It was another one of your lies.

Your relationship really wasn't fine,
Your breakup was witnessed by a friend of mine.

What am I to you, just one big game?
All of you players are all the same.

Has everyday been a new play?
Well with me, the last play was yesterday.
