Tortured & Battered

by Danka   Jun 2, 2006

I wander through the darkness,
Thinking about my dreams,
But they won't ever come true now,
You've ripped them at the seams,
You shot through my heart,
And teared it out to scorn,
But my heart is of no use to you,
You've battered it out, too worn,
You ripped it into pieces,
In the viewing of my eyes,
I tried to hide the pain i felt,
I tried desperately not to cry,
You were laughing while you burnt me,
With evil in your plan,
Your plan was to torture me,
And i was supposed to understand?
You took a moment to look,
At the mess you had become,
Except you didn't give a damn,
My battered torture was way too fun,
You didn't expect though,
For me to fight back,
And now that i have,
It's your heart you also lack,
You see i don't really love you,
I never actually did,
So your plan was pretty pointless,
Torturing and painful yet sordid,
So when you next want to hurt me,
Try aiming for the painful parts,
Cause i never cared for you,
Therefore you never had my heart.
