What is wrong with me

My heart is sadend,
My thoughts are a mess,
Im not sure whats wrong,
I can't even begin to guess,

Its like a bad itch,
It woln't go away,
All I can do,
Is wait for another day,

My head is feeling dizzy,
My mind is in need of rest,
Mabey tommorow,
I will figure out what is best,

I think im losing my mind,
Nothing is what it seems,
Mabey tommorow I will wake up,
This will all just be a dream.
