Jail Cell

Jail Cell

Go to school the next day
Oh wait, no its the same day
6am not a wink of sleep
so i dress all in black as usual.

Walk down the halls with hidden grace
I see their eyes all glaring in shame
Can't they even tell summer isn't my season
Its not my fault you live in this jail cell
but I'm stuck here for the exact same reason.

You've had enough even before lunch time
sneak in the bathroom and pop the pills
I watch you guiltily, shaking my head
Your wrists are still leaking red.

Its not my fault your stuck in school
at least I'm no drug-addict fool.
I don't care if u hate all seasons
Your still stuck here for the same reason.

How odd for you, a short poem. Great job though!
