It's a shame

It's a shame, you know
people are sinking pretty low.
People that would kill to live
Doctors without hope to give.

People hurt and people kill
while young children create wills
a life taken away is a terrible thing
while babies are taken under an angel's wing

People don't care
that there's someone out there
that has no chance at life
while they slit their wrists

They are given this opportunity
and when things get hard they want to flee
I know that this may sound cheesy
but life is not easy.

You think your life is hard
you want to take your own life
how selfish

Try having to live
knowing that it won't be for long
when everything is wrong
but your still hopeful

Try taking a walk in someone else's shoes
And see that's it's not easy
being someone else either.
