Watch Over

by k i k i   Jun 4, 2006

Some sort of experiment
Sitting, waiting for change.
Bloods taken, scans show,
I'm stable, for the moment.

Lines up,
Lines down.
You hide all sharpness,
It won't stop me.

Surrounded by white,
Cushions and bedding.
Suffocate the lungs,
Dust killing me slowly.

Clock work,
A schedule to commit.
Drink this,
Swallow that.

I've had enough.

Shut off the lines,
Shut of the veins.
Cover my eyes,
Let me rest.

No watch,
Privacy, please.
