That Day (Wishing)

I feel like crying,
and I dont know why.
I really think I love you,
and wish you were near-by.

That would be the best,
to have you living close.
Just to feel you alive,
instead of this cyber ghost.

To feel your hands in mine,
and to hang out when its late.
Maybe drink one or two,
and possibly even date...

Heh, I know thats alittle much,
but I just love who you are.
I only wish at night,
that you didnt life so far...

But thats the way life is,
Thats something we cannot change.
But I\'ll still hope of that embrace,
that I dream we will exchange.

Just to hold your hand - and kiss the tingling lips.
Although I may never meet you anyway,
I will always wish for that day...

    Oh my god...I love this poem so much. This completely makes sense of what I am feeling! I met this boy on Myspace about 5 months ago...and we fell in love instantly. He's really helped me through my clinical depression. But he lives in LA, California, and I live in New England. However, even I cannot talk to him on the phone, for my mother does not even know of this boy, and she might not let me talk to him anymore if she found out about us because she might label him as some 40-year-old creep. *sigh* Oh well.

    But well done on this poem! It's brilliant!

    I have the same, guy lives in Canada and we've never met and I love him. talk to him till 5am. Do you mind if I send this to him ?

    This is an amazing poem. Hah. =). Do you/ Did you really love someone you met over the net?.. Cause I did/do. He lives in North Carolina. We started out talking in a chat room and eventually we started talking on the phone until 4 AM.. And we are still in love.. And have never met each other..
