Love Poems

Always filled with passionate and tender words

But this is no love poem, for love is a part of this man's past

Love was supposed to beforever but it didn't last

In sickness and in health was his promise through the years

She spit on his promise and caused only tears

He gave her a life that she never had

She took his life and left him sad

He gave his heart and she ripped it in two

He gave his trust and she abused it too

So this poem's not about love as you can now see
