For my brother.

~i wrote this poem to tell my brother how i feel. he has a mental illness that hasn't been diagnosed yet. he only started to show the signs this year. he has tried to kill himself twice now. please tell me what you think of my poem.~

To see you so happy,
then so sad.
To see you make laughter,
then become so mad.

It hurts me deeply,
when you have no control.
Sorrow becomes me,
when you want to let go.

To control my anger,
when you release yours,
puts me in danger,
of making you worse.

We used to be so close,
but no I'm scared.
You seem unstoppable,
and act like no one cared.

You frighten me,
and many others.
If only you could see,
All this pain you place upon me.

As the pain invades,
I can see you block off the world.
As your smile fades,
I prepare myself for the worst.

Your lucky you don't remember,
but for those that do,
the memory lasts forever.
The pan does too.

If only you could be a spectator,
and see everything for yourself.
You would see why we're hurting,
And why i cry to myself.

I just want you to know,
you're hurting me too.
I just want you to know,
I still care for you.
