Broken Smile

by Zer0riginZ   Jun 7, 2006

In the world,
this twisted tilt-a-whirl...
Somewhere lived a girl...
She made the news...

With wings unfurled,
this glowing pearl...
Sent a look to curl...
A look to blow a fuse...

(chorus)
Remember?
I asked you to stay a while...
( She gave you a broken smile...)
Remember?
I asked you what's wrong?
( She sang the saddest song...)
Can't remember anything at all...
Oh I Know she's gone...
( She left as day broke a sadder dawn...)

Nothing less then condescending,
feel the heat I think its ending...
Confused a little by the message your sending...
Lovely's got the blues...

Beauty's tired of befriending,
all those eager only spending...
She was hell bent on lending...
( Herself...)
Her heart's been used...
( So has her wealth...)

(chorus)

So stuck in her style,
she was spent all the while...
While lending a broken smile...
Girl where'd you get that bruise?

Tormented and defiled,
came to conclude as a child...
She would climb up a mile...
( To fall...)
Hun of all things to choose...
( Why lose it all?)

(chorus)

Hurt by a careless fist,
one problem from her growing list...
Concluded she won't be missed...
All this behind a broken smile...

So beautiful I could've kissed,
everything to her ravaged wrist...
But you are gone & will be missed...
You've got the most beautiful broken smile...
