Cold Blood

by FeelingIsickIinmyhead   Jun 8, 2006

I woke up in the streets
Wondering why are there beeps
I see I am lying on the road
As people stare at me while I'm pale and cold.

I start to run away feeling woozy and sick
Feeling like I want to hit myself with a stick
I'm finally home in my bed
My mind twisting and filling with dread

Why, oh why is my blood feeling cold?
I soon cut myself to unfold
As I lick my wrist with delight
I soon understand why I have this blight

No more feeling pleasure of food
No longer feeling my own good

I feel no pain
I feel no gain

I feel no heat from the fire
I now realize I am a Vampire

But I do feel shame and blame
Blame on myself for doing this game

I should have realized why she was pale and Goth
But I never believed in legends that never gave me a shock

So beautiful
So loving

I feel so depressed
Feeling so much stress

No more daylight, only night
I want to get rid of this ugly sight

But I feel more young and handsome to be me
Yet I still feel like I'm nobody

She comes in my room smiling evilly
I soon begin to talk but she quickly said
That it was better to leave things unsaid

I thought it was good, i always use that rhyme scheme. it would add to the flow if u attempt to keep similar lengths between couplets. but i liked the theme and it had good closure...much luv
